My name is Semmy Agterberg , and motorcycles are my greatest passion. I've been fascinated by technology ever since I was young. What started as tinkering in the garage has grown into a profession where I can fully utilize my knowledge, experience, and love for motorcycles.

I'm a certified Combustion Engine Technical Specialist and Vehicle Technician , with years of experience maintaining and repairing high-quality engines and engine blocks. Hard work, precision, and a problem-solving mindset define me. I love challenges – nothing gives me more satisfaction than delivering an engine in perfect condition.

The name Kaizen comes from Japanese and means "continuous improvement." That's exactly what we do: every day we're taking a step forward in service, quality, and customer focus. Kaizen Motoren is a young company that I run passionately alongside my regular job . That's why we're usually open from 4:00 PM , but by appointment only. Always call or email beforehand so I have plenty of time to give your motorcycle the attention it deserves.
